TERMS AND CONDITIONS· Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars per room, for two persons unless otherwise confirmed.
· Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.
· 75.00 Cleaning fee
· Check in time from 3:00 PM and the check out time 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged
· Credit card will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
· Please note that your billing statement will show WaikikiWeekly
· Non-smoking room only (please)
· These are privately owned condos, therefore there is no daily maid service.
· Rooms are stocked with towels and toiletries.
· All payments are made Securely thru PayPal.com (an e-bay company)
· Cancel 21 days in advance of arrival and receive FULL REFUND. Cancel less then 21 days and we must charge 1 night Cancel less then 48 hours we charge 2 nights. (Nov.-Feb. add one night to each)
· Rates do not include 4.72% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. · Taxes will be added to total charges.
