Rooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. All payments are made securely thru PayPal.com (an e-bay company) Cancel 30 days in advance of arrival and receive FULL REFUND. Cancel less then 30 days we charge 2 nights at the normal rate. No Refund can be made for unused nights. Rates do not include 4.72% Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT). Taxes will be added to total charges. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and will be passed on to the guest. Tenants & Guests agree to be responsible for the care of the units and agree to pay for missing or damaged items upon demand. The Ala Moana Only The Ala Moana Hotel charges a $30 check in fee and a $10 a day hotel fee this will be charged to your credit card at check-in.
