Diamond Head Crater Hike

The most famous volcanic crater in the world is Mt. Leahi, better known as Diamond Head, and is located along the southeast coast of Oahu, at the end of Waikiki. The crater is 3,520 in diameter with a 760 foot summit. The hike is considered easy to moderate in exertion. It is certainly worth the breathtaking, unparalleled view of the coastline. A must see for any visitor!

Hawaiian Ocean’s Outrigger Canoe Ride

Enjoy an outrigger canoe ride surfing the waves off the shores of Waikiki Beach with Diamond Head on one side. The fun begins once you leave shore. The captain will steer you through the ocean and position the canoe amongst surfers. While waiting for the perfect wave enjoy the shoreline view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.    USS Arizona Memorial Audio Tour

To better understand and appreciate the events of December 7, 1941, take an audio tour of the USS Arizona Memorial Center. This national award-winning audio tour is narrated by WWII US Navy Veteran and Academy Award Winner Ernest Borgnine and features the voices of many Pearl Harbor survivors. This 1 hour audio tour will take you through the exhibit hall, shore side exhibits, remembrance circle, as well as describe the artifacts of the USS Arizona. The narration continues on the US Navy Boat to the Memorial and on the Memorial itself.

Hanauma Bay Snorkeling Adventures

Hanauma Bay, located along the East Oahu coastline, was declared a protected marine life conservation area and underwater park in 1967. This natural crescent beach is tucked inside the walls of an extinct volcano. This is the best protected cove if you are new to snorkeling (and even if you’re not!), with a diverse population of marine life and a large, rich coral reef. Visitors can swim with over 450 species of colorful tropical fish. In fact, approximately 25% of the species found here are indigenous to Hawaii's.
